Patisserie Kihachi's early summer sweets

Refreshing early summer sweets will be released on April 26th at each Patisserie Kihachi store (excluding some stores).

"Tropical Roll Passion Mango" is a roll cake using 3 kinds of tropical fruits. Dicing pine and mango, sour passion curd (passion fruit juice mixed with sugar, egg yolk and butter and cooked), mango passion cream with yogurt in a fluffy chiffon dough It is rolled up. The price is 584 yen for cut and 2,268 yen for half (about 14 cm) (tax included, same below).

Summer mood with tropical fruits

"Fromage blanc" is a cake with a rounded fromage blanc mousse on the base of a rich baked cheesecake, topped with orange sauce and dried fruits of Iyokan. The refreshing acidity of the jelly with orange pulp in the center of the mousse is an accent. The price is 562 yen.

A new work from early summer has also appeared in the gorgeous "Verrine" series. "Berryne Citron Orange" (562 yen) with lemon compote and orange jelly, "Berryne Threes" which is a combination of mascarpone and "Griot" which is a common cherries in France, and two kinds of grapefruit and blood orange mousse. "Berine Pample Mousse" (584 yen each) will be on sale.

In addition, bittersweet coffee sweets such as "Cafe Mocha Roll" and "Tiramisu" will be on sale. The price is 562 yen each.
