This scone was developed based on the recipe of Ryan Smedley, the owner of "Demerara bakery", which opened in the new commercial facility NEWoman in Shinjuku. Ingredients are flour, milk, whole eggs, butter, sugar salt, baking soda. You can enjoy the taste of the dough that makes you feel the taste of wheat and the texture that melts in your mouth when you eat it.
