Ankake spaghetti is a dish that originated in Nagoya and is eaten with a thick sauce that has been carefully simmered. 2.2mm thick noodles are the mainstream, and they are served after being boiled and fried in lard. It is said that the founder of Yokoi devised it around 1965.

This time, at lunchtime (11:00 to 17:00) of the restaurant "Resort Dining Juppy" in Roppongi, 6 menus of Yokoi will be offered with the sign of "Yokoi Roppongi Juppy store".

Yokoi's representative menu is Ankake Spa's "Mirakan" (950 yen). An abbreviation of "Milanese Country", it is a combination of sausage, ham, bacon, and ingredients that are a mixture of onions and peppers, and is also offered at the Roppongi store.

In addition, the lineup includes "fried shrimp" (1,100 yen) and "ham and eggs" (850 yen) with ham and fried egg.

In addition, it will be open as JUPPY at night as before, but it seems that three Yokoi menu items will also be offered.
