The roots of Diamond Curry are the handmade European-style curry "Osaka Chikagai Curry" that was born in 1964 in the "Osaka Chikagai Seimei Building" underground mall in Umeda, Osaka. Arrangements are added based on this recipe, and they are offered in four styles (how to eat): "curry rice," "mixed curry," "ankake spaghetti," and "curry spaghetti."
By simmering the curry over a long period of time, you can enjoy the unique sweetness and richness of the curry, as well as the umami of Wagyu beef. Mixed curry is made by lightly boiling roux, rice and soup, and then mixing curry roux. It has a rich and mellow finish.
On the other hand, spaghetti uses fresh pasta that is often entwined with sauce. Ankake spaghetti is an arrangement of Nagoya's B-grade gourmet such as "Mirakan" and "Shrimp Neese". Curry spaghetti is a menu that makes the combination of special curry roux and extra-thick noodles addictive.
As an opening commemorative privilege, the target menu will be a special price from March 22nd to 25th.
