At each "Hakosoba" store, the collaboration menu "Menta Cheese France Tensoba" with the bakery chain "HOKUO" will be released on March 17th. The price is 390 yen (tax included, same below), 450 yen only at the main store in Shinjuku station.


Meita Cheese France Tensoba is a soba topped with "Menta Cheese France Ten", which is made by placing cheese and mentaiko on one side of French bread and making the other side "tempura". French bread, which is said to be thick with consideration for compatibility with soba, can be enjoyed with a crispy texture or soaked in soba soup.

On the other hand, the collaboration menu "Hakosoba Croquette Bread" will be released on the same day at each HOKUO store (excluding some stores).


This is Hakosoba's popular menu "croquette soba" arranged by HOKUO as a side dish bread. The soba and curry flavored croquette is soaked with Hakosoba soba soup to reproduce the taste of "croquette soba". It is said that it is finished in a taste that makes you feel nostalgic.

Both are for a limited time until March 27th.
