Bakery HOKUO "Stollen"

"Stollen" is on sale until December 25th at each bakery "HOKUO" store. Christmas season tradition.

Stollen is a traditional German confectionery. It is a sweet that you can slice and taste little by little every day and enjoy the countdown until Christmas. It is baked with luxurious fruits such as raisins and oranges soaked in Western liquor.

If you cut the powdered sugar that looks like snow, you can enjoy the texture of the ingredients with plenty of dried fruits such as walnuts soaked in Western liquor, almonds and ram raisins, black figs, and cranberry. You can slice it into thin slices and enjoy the crispness of the nuts and the bubble wrap of the figs, or you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients that have been aged for a while and are moist and familiar to the whole.

Two sizes, "Large" and "Small", are available, and the lineup includes one whole, half size, and two slices. It supports various usage scenes such as for personal use, home use, and gifts. If you purchase one, it will be provided in a Christmas-only original box and paper bag.
