Hokuou "Autumn Harvest Festival"

At each bakery "HOKUO" store, the "Autumn Harvest Festival" is held from September 7th to November 1st. A lineup of 4 seasonal products.

・ Four kinds of mushrooms and bacon focaccia-porcini sauce tailoring-
The chewy focaccia dough is topped with four types of domestic mushrooms (maitake mushrooms, king trumpet mushrooms, beech mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms) and "Kunchama bacon", which has a delicious and sweet fat. It is a luxurious dish finished with porcini cream sauce that you can enjoy a mellow scent. The price is 260 yen (tax included, same below).

・ Gourmet satsu mochi
Bread with a generous amount of Naruto Kintoki potato dice, which has a chewy and elegant sweetness, in a chewy dough containing rice flour. Black sesame is kneaded into the dough. The price is 170 yen.

Hokuou "Roughly Satsumocchi"

・ Walnut bread maple butter sand
Bread sold over 1,400 pieces a day at the most popular autumn fair for three consecutive years. Special maple butter cream is sandwiched in walnut bread that is squeezed with maple butter and baked fragrantly. The price is 200 yen.

・ Whole pumpkin
A bread made by wrapping pumpkin paste in a dough containing pumpkin paste and squeezing whipped cream. The price is 200 yen.
