The "Hokkaido Fair" is being held until June 24th at each bakery "HOKUO" store. A lineup of 6 products using selected raw materials from Hokkaido.

"Grained salt butter corn" is a bread made by wrapping plenty of corn in a soft and sweet dough that is kneaded with Hokkaido corn. The finish is topped with salt butter. You can enjoy the contrast between the sweetness of the corn and the salt butter, and the texture of the mash. The price is 150 yen (tax included, same below).

"Chikuwa roll" is Sapporo's "local bread". Chikuwa with tuna mayo is wrapped in a dough kneaded with savory domestic green laver, and mentaiko mayonnaise using "Kanefuku" mentaiko is topped. The price is 185 yen.

In addition, "Grained bean paste milk stick-using red beans from Hokkaido-" (180 yen) sandwiched between grained bean paste and condensed milk cream using Swiss fermented butter, and "Yomogi Daifuku" (170 yen) wrapped in grained bean paste and fertilizer. "Shoe Croissant-Hokkaido Milk Custard & Salt Caramel-" (210 yen) and "Hokkaido Kuroge Wagyu Menchi" (230 yen) with cheese, corn and mayonnaise are on sale.
