"All-you-can-eat" snow crab "90 minutes" is being held from March 1st to 31st at "Irodori", an "adult hideaway restaurant" in Ginza, Tokyo. The price is 8,800 yen per person (excluding tax, the same applies below). The regular price of one snow crab is 4,800 yen, which means that if you eat two, you will pay for it.

● Start with 2 crabs per person

At first, two cups of snow crab per person come in a state of being piled up on a plate. When you finish eating this, you can refill one cup at a time. The appearance of steaming steam from the hot crab that has just been boiled in salt is just a masterpiece.


As for how to eat, first cut the crab's legs with scissors and separate it from the body, then use scissors and a crab fork to peel the crab and pull it out.

Not only shochu, but also slightly sweet sake such as plum wine goes well with crabs, and the fruity and crisp white wine is also recommended.

● Is it good for a date?

This is my personal opinion, but I think that all-you-can-eat snow crab is good not only for girls-only gatherings and groups, but also for dates.

Especially for couples who have just been dating, it would be awkward if the conversation is interrupted, but once all-you-can-eat starts, you will concentrate on the crabs, so you don't have to worry about silence.
