Sushiro is holding a limited time "Crab Festival" from February 15 (Wed.), where you can enjoy the rich sweetness of large-sized Hon Zuwai crab.

" features a lineup of sushi and side dishes that allow you to enjoy Sushiro's special crab, including the original Zuwai crab.

All items are 10% off until February 17 (Fri.). The discount will be applied to in-store food and beverage orders at the time of checkout. Take-out orders are valid until Friday, February 17. Crab Festival items will also be discounted 10% off the listed price.

Large-sized raw zuwai crab

. The meat is meltingly tender and you can enjoy the sweetness that only raw crab can offer. Prices are 360 yen/370 yen/390 yen (pricing varies by store).

The sales period is from Wednesday, February 15 to around the end of March. The total number of servings is 1.61 million.

A luxurious dish with a large size that is very satisfying. Priced at ¥360/370/390.

Available from Wednesday, February 15 to Sunday, February 26. A total of 360,000 servings are planned to be sold.

Maruzuwai crab with

crab brain This dish is made by mixing the roughly loosened maruzuwai crab with crab brain inside the restaurant to give the texture of the crab meat. Sushiro's crabmeat miso is combined with crab meat to add depth to the flavor. Prices are 120 yen/130 yen/150 yen.

Sushiro "Maru Zuwaigani-Kani-Miso Yeast with Crab Meat

The sales period is from Wednesday, February 15 to Sunday, February 26. A total of 1.14 million servings are planned to be sold. When taking it home, you will receive one piece of the gunkan.

Chawanmushi (steamed

with zuwai crab This seasonal steamed egg custard is filled with the flavor of zuwai crab. Toppings are subject to change. Priced at 280 yen/290 yen/310 yen (price differs for take-out).
