Kurazushi "Crab" Fair

A "Crab" fair will be held at Kurazushi for a limited time starting March 25.

Kurazushi "Crab" Fair

Crab, a popular ingredient in conveyor-belt sushi, has skyrocketed in price, with the price more than doubling from previous years due to a decrease in the catch and an increase in domestic and international demand. At Kura Sushi, we mainly use crab caught in the cold, nutrient-rich waters of Canada and other countries. By purchasing through our own channels from suppliers with whom we have long-standing relationships, we are able to provide a stable supply of high-quality products while maintaining reasonable prices.
