The store's freshly baked custard apple pie is finished by baking the puff pastry once and then "post-filling" with plenty of custard cream. It is characterized by the crispy texture of homemade puff pastry woven into 144 layers and the large amount of custard cream.

The custard cream uses milk from completely grazing dairy cows at Shinmura Farm in Hokkaido, and the pie dough uses original blended flour and fresh butter from Hokkaido. Apples are said to be cut into 2 cm square cubes and filled immediately after being harvested during the season to give them a scent and a “gritty” texture.
