Hachiko Sir Winston Hotel (Showa-ku, Nagoya) has been renewed. On December 17, Teppanyaki "YAGOTO-TEI Produced by Takumi" and Japanese food "Sai" will open.
The hotel is handled by Best Bridal, which operates Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay (Minato-ku, Tokyo), which houses the popular buffet restaurant "Chef's Live Kitchen." The restaurant, which will be reopened, will offer a menu based on the concept of "health, beauty, and freshness" common to all hotels.
YAGOTO-TEI Produced by Takumi is produced by Chef Taguchi of the popular restaurant "Takumi" (in Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay), which "cannot make reservations".
The specialty is the first dish "Tomato Flambé", which is served for both lunch and dinner. It is served with an orange-flavored liqueur "Grand Marnier" flambéed and finished with argan oil. You can eat it like bruschetta on the attached baguette, or soak the baguette in the remaining sauce.
The main dish is Japanese black beef steak. Please combine the collagen-containing "tsuke jelly". There are three types, of which the jelly, which is a combination of miso and homemade black garlic, has an original taste not found in Tokyo.
There is also a plan where you can have a dessert buffet that is very popular in the lounge.
On the other hand, Aya is a Japanese restaurant with the theme of "healthy live kaiseki". The main menu is tempura dressed in soy milk. By adding soy milk, the batter, which tends to be fluffy, is fried crispy, so the tasting was repeated many times. The frying oil is also "healthy original". It is said that it is devised so that even women and elderly people can enjoy it.
Prices start at 3,600 yen for lunch and 8,000 yen for dinner at YAGOTO-TEI Produced by Takumi. Aya starts from 2,400 yen for lunch and 5,000 yen for dinner.
