"High Sour Lemon Dorayaki" is a dorayaki made by kneading the lemon juice from Sicily, Italy, which is used for high sour, into the dough. The dough also contains a "secret" lemon flavor, and you can feel the refreshing scent of lemon fruit even before you eat it. The skin is branded with the retro "high sour" letters.


The bean paste with lemon juice is refreshing and modest in sweetness. It also contains lemon pulp, so you can enjoy the "crushed" texture.
