Eitaro Sohonshiki will start selling "Nihonbashi Butter Dorayaki" on December 3 as a limited winter item. The price is 324 yen.

Dorayaki: A butter dorayaki with a balance of sweet bean paste and butter. The dough is made from Hokkaido wheat and the sweet bean paste is made from Hokkaido azuki beans, which are left to rest overnight. Together with the creamy Calpis Co. butter, you can enjoy the exquisite taste of sweet and salty together with a deep richness. By warming it up moderately, the butter slowly melts and soaks into the bean paste, giving it a different taste.

This seasonal warm dorayaki is baked in a steam toaster. The delicious aroma of melted and soaked Calpis (Co., Ltd.) butter, softened mangetu mochi, and baked dorayaki dough with a slightly crispy texture.
