A gourmet event "Kakigori Collection-COPEN LOCAL BASE ROPPONGI-" where shaved ice shops gather will be held at Roppongi Hills (Minato-ku, Tokyo) from August 6th to August 24th. 6 stores will exhibit.


The featured menu is shaved ice made from ice from "Matsutsuki Himuro" (Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture), one of the only five natural ice breweries in Japan. It is planned to be offered at 3 stores. Among them, the Japanese kitchen Kanna "Mitarashi Milk" and the Snow Milk "Special Melon" (both limited to 100 cups a day) are said to be "inevitable to sell out". The ice used is precious natural ice that draws a lot of water into a pond and freezes it with the cold air of nature for about two weeks.

In addition, shaved ice using original syrup and shaved ice with unique toppings will be sold at each store.


The holding time is from 11:00 to 21:00 each day. The venue is Hills Cafe / Space on the 2nd floor of Roppongi Hills Hillside.
