At each Mos Burger store, new products using rice flour, "Rice Flour Mochimochi Burger Pork" (330 yen) and "Rice Flour Mochimochi Dog Pork" (360 yen) will be released on July 8. It is a "low allergen menu" that does not use 7 items (eggs, milk, wheat, shrimp, crabs, buckwheat, peanuts) that are prone to food allergies.

"Rice flour glutinous burger pork" is a bun with a "chewy" texture using rice flour from Yamagata prefecture, sandwiched with pork, onions, carrots, and corn. The sauce is said to have a ketchup-based "gentle taste" that blends the flavor and sweetness of vegetables.

On the other hand, "Rice Flour Mochimochi Dog Pork" is a bread made from rice flour from Yamagata prefecture, topped with a pork sausage that has a sweet and juicy taste. Ketchup (including apples in the raw materials) is attached as an attachment.

The low allergen menu also includes a "low allergen set" for children (single item + 210 yen).
