Lawry's the Prime Rib was born in Los Angeles, USA in 1938, and opened its first store in Japan in 2001 in Akasaka, Tokyo. For about 10 years, it was popular as a shooting place for dramas and fashion magazines. This time, the store will be closed and reopened at Yebisu Garden Place due to the rebuilding of the Akasaka Twin Tower East Building.

The store's "Prime Rib" is the main menu of "Black Angus Beef" from Creekstone, which is highly acclaimed in the United States, and is slowly roasted at low temperatures. The finish is so soft that the knife fits in easily, and when you put it in your mouth, the taste of juicy meat bursts out.

In addition, "Auju Sauce", which is made from beef bones, enhances the taste of the meat.
