This menu was reintroduced because it was sold in the past and was very popular. The price is 1g (0.04oz)/¥1 less than the regular sirloin steak. The quantity is limited and may be sold out.

During the fair, the US New York cut sirloin steak can be ordered at all Ikinari! Steak restaurants during the fair period. However, sales will differ depending on the store format. At the street, roadside, and restaurant court locations, the 200g (7.05oz) size is 1,950 yen (tax included, same below), and the 300g (10.58oz) size is 2,890 yen. At the food court store (first accounting restaurant court store), the 150g (5.29oz) size is 1,490 yen and the 200g (7.05oz) size is 1,950 yen.
