ALEXANDER'S STEAKHOUSE

Alexander's Steakhouse opened in 2005 in Cupertino, California. Since then, it has been popular, having won one Michelin star for the third consecutive year since 2011, producing a "luxury space" from cooking using high-quality ingredients to serving and presentations.

The steak on the signboard menu uses American premium brand beef "Greater Omaha" and "Creek Stone". It is shipped to Japan by air and aged while maintaining its freshness.

An example of the steak menu is as follows.

[Aged Greater Omaha]

30-day aged T-bone steak 14,000 yen

[American cow]

Various course meals are also prepared. One of the most recommended is the "study of beef" course (14,000 yen), which offers 7 dishes that the chef is particular about. You can enjoy both American and Japanese "best beef".

There is also a wine cellar, and there is always a lineup of about 500 types of wine. The selection is centered on California wines, and it is said that there will be a large number of rare wines that are only available in Japan and many "cult wines" that are difficult to obtain.
