"AIR Mos Burger Moss Vegetables" in collaboration with Mos Burger will be offered from March 1st to May 31st for in-flight meals on Japan Airlines (JAL) international flights.


The "moss vegetables" that will appear this time are characterized by the carrot sauce that was developed for this menu. It is said that it is refreshingly finished by adding fruit juice to a sauce using carrots, onions and celery.

The menu includes warm buns and patties in a package, and the vegetables and carrot sauce that come with it are sandwiched and eaten. If you sprinkle the sauce in two parts, the sauce will spread throughout the hamburger.

As a collaboration menu of both companies, "Teriyaki burger", "Rice burger" and "Teriyaki egg burger" have appeared so far, and this is the fourth product.

Offering routes are Premium Economy / Economy Class from Narita to Los Angeles / San Diego / Chicago / Boston / New York / London / Frankfurt / Paris / Helsinki and from Haneda to London / Paris (some routes have different periods). Served as a pre-arrival meal (second meal).
