"Cherry roll cake" will be on sale on March 15th at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu's pastry boutique "ORIGAMI". The sale period is until April 10th, and the price is 2,000 yen (2,057 yen after April 1st).


"Sakura roll cake" is a roll cake made with the image of "Sakura mochi". The fragrant cream with cherry extract is combined with "Sakura-an", which is kneaded with black beans and cherry blossom petals, and rolled with a chewy rice flour dough.

In addition, the cherry-flavored cream, which is decorated to cover the entire cake, is lightly tailored so that it melts in the mouth and the scent spreads more, so you can enjoy the taste and scent of the cherry blossoms that thicken toward the center.
