A sweet sandwich with whipped custard made from a combination of Hokkaido fresh cream and custard cream, and strawberries. The price is 368 yen (tax included, same as below).

Uchi Cafe x Hattendo Doramocchi Castaway & Cafe Latte

Hattendo's first collaboration doramochis are now available. The sticky doramocchi dough is filled with two layers of custard cream with fresh cream from Hokkaido and café latte cream with a rich coffee aroma and gentle flavor. The price is 190 yen.

Uchi Cafe x Hattendo Castado & Cafe Latte Roll

Moist, mouth-watering roll dough is combined with rich yet refreshing custard cream and mildly bitter café latte custard cream, topped with milk cream. The price is 220 yen.

Hattendo Oyasakkoppe Melting Custard & Fruit

A coppet bread with custard whip made from Hokkaido fresh cream and custard cream, and fruit (strawberry, kiwi, yellow peach). The price is 328 yen.

Chiffon Cake with Fresh Cream Caramel

A fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth batter made with fresh cream and meringue, filled with caramel cream. The cream is a blend of two types of cream and two types of caramel sauce, making it rich in flavor. The price is 215 yen.

Sabalan-style cupcakes

A rum-soaked batter layered with custard and topped with vanilla cream made with Bourbon vanilla. The aroma of rum enhances the mellow flavor of vanilla. The price is 295 yen.

Cherry blossom rice cake with starchy sauce

Pale pink rice cake dough wrapped with salted cherry leaves has an elegant spring flavor. The dough is made of glutinous rice naturally flavored with pickled cherry leaves, and wrapped in smooth, sweet koshi-an (red bean paste) made from red beans grown in Hokkaido. The price is 140 yen.
