A quick and easy way to nourish your body on busy mornings! Here is a recipe for a "Red Smoothie".Ingredients
30g (1.06oz) apple20g (0.71oz) carrot
20g (0.71oz) red bell pepper
20g (0.71oz) celery
8 cherry tomatoes
1/2 orange
1/4 grapefruit
1/4 lemon
50ml (1.69us fl oz) water
Honey to taste
Directions
(1) Wash vegetables under running water and cut into appropriate sizes. Peel, cut and remove seeds from the fruit.(2) Put the vegetables and fruits prepared in step 1 into a blender and mix well to complete the dish!
