cherry tomato 8 pieces
orange 1/2 piece
grapefruit 1/4 of a piece
lemon 1/4 of a piece
water (esp. cool, fresh water, e.g. drinking water) 50ml (1.69us fl oz)
honey As you like.

Ingredients

30g (1.06oz) apple
20g (0.71oz) carrot
20g (0.71oz) red bell pepper
20g (0.71oz) celery
8 cherry tomatoes
1/2 orange
1/4 grapefruit
1/4 lemon
50ml (1.69us fl oz) water
Honey to taste

Directions

(1) Wash vegetables under running water and cut into appropriate sizes. Peel, cut and remove seeds from the fruit.

(2) Put the vegetables and fruits prepared in step 1 into a blender and mix well to complete the dish!
