Before Valentine's Day, the Fukui City History Museum has completed a chocolate in the shape of the ancient mirror "Triangular Edge God Beast Mirror". The museum has posted a photo on the official Twitter account (@ FukuiHistory ) and has become a hot topic.

The Triangular Beast Mirror is a mirror made of copper that can be found in ancient Japanese burial mounds. The cross section of the edge of the mirror is triangular, and the back of the mirror has a statue of an ancient god and beast. It has been excavated in various parts of Japan, including Fukui, and archaeologists are studying who made it and what purpose it was used for.

But why turn it into chocolate? Moreover, it seems that it has been continued since the year before last, and it seems that the number completed this year is not one. The museum held a workshop on February 11th and started "mass production" with 10 participants.

Anyway, a realistic triangular-rimmed beast mirror chocolate. Even if you line it up in the exhibition corner of the museum as it is, it will not look strange. It is the same size as the real thing, the diameter is about 20 cm, and the weight of the chocolate used as the material is 330 g per piece.

There are already praises on Twitter such as "Fukui has begun" and "I was impressed". Certainly, when you are watching the photographs of crafts that have been revived with the lustrous luster of cacao butter from long ago, why is it a triangular-rimmed beast mirror? Why is it chocolate? I feel that it doesn't matter anymore.

By the way, the official Twitter account of the museum has created a summary in Togetter by itself.
