This is the third time he has supervised four Valentine's Day treats. The chocolate ingredients carefully selected by Chef Tsuchiya are used.
Caramel Chocolat Cake supervised by Chef Koji Tsuchiya of TheobromaThis bitter and rich cupcake combines rich chocolate and caramel. From the bottom, chocolate sauce, hazelnut caramel mousse, cocoa sponge, caramel custard, chocolate whipped cream with shaved chocolate, and cocoa powder as topping. You can enjoy a variety of textures. The price is 334.80 yen (tax included, same as below).
Chocolat roll cake supervised by Chef Koji Tsuchiya of Theobroma.Two different types of chocolate cream are squeezed into the cocoa sponge and topped with raw chocolate, almonds and chocolate sauce. The raw chocolate dice and candied almonds in the center accentuate the texture. Price: 278.64 yen.
Theobroma Chef Koji Tsuchiya's Chocolat FromageA rich terrine dough made of chocolate and cheese is combined with chocolate sauce and cocoa powder. The cheese is Hokkaido cream cheese and mascarpone. Price: 324 yen.
Theobroma Chef Koji Tsuchiya's Chocolat TartA two-layer chocolate tart with almonds, milk chocolate dough, and a rich, bitter chocolate sauce. The bitter cacao nibs on top accentuate the texture. Price: 267.84 yen.
Prices are based on the reduced tax rate of 8%, which applies to take-out. The standard tax rate of 10% applies when eating or drinking at the eat-in space.
