The chocolatier Koji Tsuchiya, renowned as a "magician of taste," supervises the creation of these sweets. He supervised Valentine's Day sweets last February and Christmas sweets last December, both of which were well received.

This is the third time he has supervised four Valentine's Day treats. The chocolate ingredients carefully selected by Chef Tsuchiya are used.

This bitter and rich cupcake combines rich chocolate and caramel. From the bottom, chocolate sauce, hazelnut caramel mousse, cocoa sponge, caramel custard, chocolate whipped cream with shaved chocolate, and cocoa powder as topping. You can enjoy a variety of textures. The price is 334.80 yen (tax included, same as below).
