The croissant released this time is supervised by Chef Kobayakawa, a bakery at the hotel. The two types of flour are blended to bring out the original taste and aroma of wheat in a well-balanced manner, and domestic butter is folded in to create a crispy texture and rich flavor. The price is 258 yen for 2 pieces.

The cup soup is supervised by Chef Oo of the Chinese restaurant "Karamiya" in the same hotel, "Black sesame-bearing vermicelli" and "Thick Chinese vermicelli with seaweed and eggs" (170 yen each), supervised by Chef Kameyama. A total of 4 types of "rich potage with plenty of mushrooms" and "potage of salmon and potatoes" (178 yen each) are available. It might be a good idea to enjoy the hotel's breakfast mood with a croissant.
