The "Eggplant Burger Noodles" from Gyoza no Ousho will be available from September 1 to 30.

Gyoza no Ohsho Eggplant Sauce Noodle

A rich, meaty sauce with a hint of spicy sauce is paired well with a generous amount of fresh eggplant and thick, glutinous noodles. The richly flavored spicy hot sauce and Szechuan pepper add the perfect amount of zing to the dish. The microwave-safe container allows you to take it home and enjoy the taste of the restaurant hot.

The "Fair Set A" includes three gyoza and apricot bean curd for 980 yen, and the "Fair Set B" includes three gyoza, rice (small), and soup for 990 yen.

For each fair set, three additional gyoza can be added for an additional 121 yen. Except for Hokkaido locations, the gyoza set can also be changed to "garlic-enhanced gyoza" for an additional 33 yen in western Japan and 22 yen in eastern Japan.

In principle, the eggplant shoyo-men will be available at all Gyoza Ohsho and Gyoza Ohsho stores nationwide, but some stores are excluded from the list.
