sugar 2 teaspoons
sesame oil 1 tablespoon

Marinated Eggplant and Tomato with Ponzu Vinegar

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 eggplants
1/2 tomato
2 tablespoons ponzu vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Cut eggplant into bite-sized pieces. Cut tomatoes into smaller pieces than eggplant.
