senior priest (of a Shinto shrine, below chief priest and deputy chief priest) 10cm
garlic (Allium sativum) one game (checkers, etc.)
gochujang (Korean red chili paste) 1 tablespoon
soy sauce 1 teaspoon
sesame oil 1 teaspoon
pine nut small quantity

Ingredients (2 servings)

80 g sashimi of tuna
10 cm spring onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon gochujang (red pepper paste)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
A pinch of pine nuts

Cut tuna into 1.5 to 2 cm cubes. Finely chop green onion and garlic.
