2 cucumbers1 tablespoon gochujang (red pepper paste) and vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar, chicken stock, soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil and sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic

Split cucumber into 4 lengthwise and cut into 1cm chunks.In a bowl or Tupperware container, combine gochujang, vinegar, sugar, chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and grated garlic and mix well. For the grated garlic, use a garlic tube.
Add the cucumber to the container and mix all together.
