Onion and bonito with spicy sauce
Ingredients (2 servings)
100 g bonito sashimi fillet (chopped bonito)
1/2 onion
1/2 cucumber
1/2 teaspoon sugar and soy sauce
1 tablespoon men-tsuyu (3 times concentrated)

Cut onion into thin slices, soak in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Cut bonito and cucumber into 1 cm cubes.
Mix sugar, soy sauce and mentsuyu in a bowl or Tupperware container.
Add bonito, onion, and cucumber to the container and mix all together.
