mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
olive oil 1/2 tablespoon
wasabi (Wasabia japonica) 1 teaspoon
salt and coarsely ground black pepper small quantity

Avocado and Tuna Wasabi Mayo Salad

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

1 can tuna
1 avocado
2 slices lettuce
1/2 pack of chopped scallion greens
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon horseradish
Salt and coarsely ground black pepper

Avocado and Tuna Wasabi Mayonnaise Salad Directions

Cut lettuce into 1.5 cm cubes. Cut off the root ends of the scallion greens and cut into 5 cm lengths.


Drain the oil from the tuna and place in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, olive oil, wasabi and salt.


Remove skin and seeds from avocado and cut into 1.5 cm cubes.


Add the avocado to a bowl and roughly mix.


Place lettuce and shelled greens on a large plate and spread the contents of the bowl in the center. Finish with a sprinkle of coarse black pepper.
