Sansho Fried Noodles Directions

To cook, first boil noodles in hot water for 3 minutes, drain, then toss with oil and stir-fry.

Once lightly colored, remove to a plate and stir-fry the ingredients in an empty pan. In this case, we used pork, shrimp, and green onions as shown in the example on the package.

Once the ingredients are cooked, return the noodles to the pan, add the accompanying sauce, and stir-fry to combine.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with pepper powder.

How does Sansho Fried Noodles taste?

The noodles are boiled once and then stir-fried. You can enjoy the pleasant firmness and crispiness of the noodles.

The sauce is spicy with a bright flavor of sansho (Japanese pepper). The sauce is not hot like chili peppers, so even those who do not like spicy food can enjoy it. The rich soy sauce-based flavor and the refreshing sansho (Japanese pepper) taste are a perfect match.

Boiling and stir-frying the noodles gives Sansho Yakisoba an authentic Chinese restaurant-like flavor. If you like yakisoba and sansho, you must try this!
