Salted malted rice and ginger chicken soup set meal
The "Salted Malted Rice and Ginger Samgyetang Set Meal" will be available from October 6 to November 23. It comes with grilled rice balls, kimchi, and pickles, and is priced at 1,209 yen (tax included). Sanggi-yu (chicken soup) by itself will also be available for 899 yen.
This Gusto-style Sanggi-Tang soup is filled with chicken, Chinese cabbage, maitake mushrooms, and shimeji mushrooms, which have been tenderized using a unique recipe. The soup is based on the fermented seasonings shio koji and ginger, with jujube and wolfberry seeds added to give the soup a gentle and penetrating flavor.
Fried Noodles with Oysters and Spicy Starchy Sauce
Oysters with spicy sauce" will also be available from October 6 to November 23. The homemade yakisoba noodles are grilled to perfection to order, topped with plump Hiroshima oysters and fragrant grilled maitake mushrooms, and topped with a spicy ankake yakisoba sauce containing kimchi, a fermented ingredient. The price is 989 yen.

The "Aromatic Grilled Mushroom Cheese IN Hamburger Steak" will be available for order from October 6 to late November. The price ranges from 989 yen to 1,099 yen.
