" Hotto More Grill will release "Shanghai Style - 9 Chinese Ankake Fried Noodles" and "9 Chinese Ankake Gohan" on February 20 (Monday), 2012, a warm winter menu.

Chinese Ankake

Series

The new Chinese Ankake series has an authentic taste with soy sauce-based sauce, chicken broth, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sesame oil. It is made with nine ingredients, including four kinds of vegetables (Chinese cabbage, onion, snap peas, red and yellow peppers), shrimp, scallops, pork, chopped shiitake mushrooms, and kikurage mushrooms, giving the dish a satisfying flavor.


The "~Shanghai-style ~9-item Chinese ankake yakisoba with fried noodles" with its savory browned surface and glutinous noodle texture, and the "9-item Chinese ankake gohan with rice" which is a satisfying combination of the anko and white rice, can be enjoyed according to one's preference.


Both are priced at 750 yen (tax included). The "9-item Chinese ankake gohan with side dish only" is priced at 650 yen (tax included).
