A kit for making "Shanghai Yakisoba" with oyster sauce on a soy sauce base. The price was 220 yen (tax included) for a set of raw noodles and sauce for 2 people.It takes some time to make it. Boil the noodles, add them to the cooking oil, and bake them in a frying pan. After that, the ingredients are fried to your liking, and finally the noodles are returned and seasoned with sauce.
You can use the ingredients as you like, but this time we used shrimp, pork, and green onions according to the package. I wonder if I don't have to have pork. I think it's enough to have shrimp, green onions or green onions that go well with the taste of the sauce.
