Osaka Ohsho's "Kono Machi no Yakisoba (Hiroshima Prefecture) Buchiuma Sauce Yakisoba" will be available nationwide from January 27 to February 28. The price is 695 yen (tax included).

Kono-machi no Yakisoba (Hiroshima Prefecture) Buchi-uma Sauce Yakisoba

In the "Your Choice! Your Choice!" held at Osaka Ohsho from November 19, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the "Buchiuma Sauce Yakisoba" sold only in Hiroshima Prefecture became the most popular yakisoba from each of the 44 prefectures.

The sticky thick noodles, pork belly, and cabbage are stir-fried in the garlicky Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce. An egg with cabbage is placed on top of the yakisoba, and additional sauce is poured on top. The dish is advertised as a "buchi-uma dish" with the aroma of being grilled on a teppan.

It is available for To go as well as eat-in. As a general rule, the product is sold at all Osaka Ohsho stores in Japan, but some stores are excluded. Prices may vary.
