Hotto Motto will release "Chinese Ankake Gohan" and "Chinese Ankake Kata Yakisoba" on January 6, 2023 (Friday), a warm winter menu featuring pork and five kinds of vegetables in an ankake sauce.

will be available in the winter season. The Chinese ankake is a soy sauce-based sauce with chicken broth, oyster sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil to add flavor and aroma. It is designed to bring out the flavors of the ingredients.


Five kinds of vegetables (Chinese cabbage, onion, carrot, leek, and snap pea) are used, providing one half of the daily requirement of vegetables. Pork and kikurage mushrooms are also included in this hearty dish. 1The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's "Healthy Japan 21 (Second Stage)" sets the target for vegetable intake at an average of 350 g per day.


The "Chinese Ankake Gohan" (590 yen) is served over rice, while the "Chinese Ankake Kata Yakisoba" (650 yen), with its savory flavor and crispy, thin noodles, can be enjoyed according to your preference. The "Chinese Ankake Okazu Only" (490 yen) is also available.
