Braised Fresh Onions and Chicken Wings with Butter
Ingredients (for 2 persons)
6 chicken wings
1 fresh onion
4 snap peas
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
coarsely ground black pepper

Cut onion into quarters. Cut chicken wings along the bone with a knife.
Boil 1 cup of water in a pot and add chicken wings.
Remove any scum, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 to 6 minutes.
