Poke with Bonito and Shiso Leaves
Ingredients (2 servings)100 g bonito sashimi
4 green onions
2 shiso leaves
1 teaspoon grated garlic and lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce and sesame oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of white sesame seeds
Directions for Poke-Style with Bonito and Shiso LeavesCut bonito into 1.5 to 2 cm cubes, cut all-purpose green onion into small cubes, and shiso leaves into thin strips.
In a bowl or Tupperware container, combine grated garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt and mix well.
