Ingredients (2 servings)
100 g bonito sashimi4 green onions
2 shiso leaves
1 teaspoon grated garlic and lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce and sesame oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of white sesame seeds

Cut bonito into 1.5 to 2 cm cubes, cut all-purpose green onion into small cubes, and shiso leaves into thin strips.In a bowl or Tupperware container, combine grated garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt and mix well.
