Kishu Ume Plum and Shiso Leaf Maki Katsu


The "Kishu Ume Plum and Shiso Leaf Maki Katsu" can be ordered from April 20 to July 5. The selling price is 314 yen (tax included, same as below).

Kishu plums and shiso leaves are wrapped around thinly sliced pork loin and deep fried, making this a standard early summer menu item. It is said to be enjoyable on its own with the sourness of the plums and the aroma of the shiso leaves.

Shio Hire Katsudon


Shio Hire Katsudon" will be available from April 20 to September 6. The price is 675 yen.

This dish features Mai-izumi's tender filet cutlet in a salty flavor. It is served with boiled diced cabbage and salted kelp for a refreshing taste, and sprinkled with Mai-izumi's original spice salt to enhance the flavor. It is said to be a popular rice bowl that attracts inquiries every year on the day it goes on sale.
