Shiro Katsu-don: A limited-time menu item from Katsuya, "Fuwatama Shiro Katsu-don" will be available for a limited time starting January 13, 2023. Two sizes of pork cutlets are available: 80g (2.82oz) (ume) and 120g (4.23oz) (bamboo). The price for eat-in (ume) is 715 yen (tax included, the same below), and the price for To go (bamboo) is 869 yen. For To go, the ume (plum) is priced at 702 yen and the bamboo (bamboo) at 853 yen.



This new item was prepared to support those who are working hard to adjust their life rhythm with a new spirit as the year 2023 begins. The "fluffy egg" is gently prepared with white dashi and white onion, and the crispy, tender, and hearty roast pork cutlet is handmade in the restaurant and accented with oyster soy sauce.



The white color of the katsudon is inspired by a bowl of pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice, a perfect way to start the year with a variety of events that will enrich your life. The product will be available at all stores in Japan and will be discontinued while supplies last. Prices may vary by store.
