Natsukashi Neapolitan with Rich Ketchup Flavor

The developers of "Natsukashi Neapolitan with Rich Ketchup Flavor" are the original Japanese pasta sauce "Neapolitan," and they have tried to create a sauce that is close to the delicious handmade taste that they found in many coffee shops. A balance of ketchup, whole tomatoes, and tomato paste has been taken to reproduce the richness of ketchup concentrated by pan-frying. Bacon, onions, and green peppers were used as ingredients. The bacon is cut a little larger than the other ingredients to give it more presence. The moment the pasta is dipped in the boiled pasta, it is said to have a pleasant aroma of ketchup and a somewhat comforting taste.

The pasta, of course, goes well with eggs, and it is suggested that simply adding a half-boiled scrambled egg as a topping can further enhance the satisfaction of the dish. Another arrangement is to mix the Neapolitan sauce with rice to make it look like chicken rice, and then use it as an omelette.

The product weighs 220 grams and retails for 432 yen (tax included, same as below).

Creamy Butter Gentle Mentai

Butter Gentle Creamy Mentai" has a slightly spicy flavor that can be enjoyed by the whole family. It is creamy but has a light aftertaste, and is designed so that the mentaiko's unique characteristics can be felt. It is said to go well with toppings such as shiso leaves and chopped nori seaweed. If you like, you can add "Oita Butter" to the soup for a fuller, richer flavor.

Another arrangement is to put creamy mentaiko and cheese on top of the fluffed potato, bake in the oven until the cheese is browned, and add chopped nori at the end.
