Stewed Vegetables and White Beans" is a hearty soup with the flavor of stewed and melted vegetables and white beans. It can be served with olive oil and gran moravia cheese for an even richer flavor.



The vegetables are stewed until they are soft and tender, and their natural sweetness and nourishing flavor are spread out. The texture of the white beans is accented by the crunchiness of the vegetables. The dish is full of vegetables and is very satisfying. Add complimentary seasonings to taste, or pair it with mini ficelle or petit focca!
