Cocos will hold a monthly fair "Seasonal Hitosara - January". Featuring "Japanese Pasta with Abalone and Garland Chrysanthemum" and "Sukiyaki-style Wrapped Grilled Hamburger Steak" Starting January 1, 2023.

The January menu features items using "garland chrysanthemum," which is known for its fresh aroma and bittersweet flavor. The Japanese-style pasta starring abalone and garland chrysanthemum is a dish in which the bittersweet flavor of the garland chrysanthemum complements the flavor of the seafood. The Cocos' classic Sukiyaki-style wrapped hamburger steak is a juicy hamburger steak served with ingredients such as garland chrysanthemum, tofu, and thread konnyaku in a sweet and spicy sauce.

This Japanese-style pasta is perfect for the New Year with its luxurious topping of garland chrysanthemum, which is in season in winter, and seafood such as one abalone, clams, and arheaded shrimp. The soy sauce-based pasta sauce is combined with fried garlic and falcon claws to create an addictive flavor. The pasta can be changed to a large portion for 1.5 times the original amount for an additional 110 yen including tax. The price is 1,199 yen (tax included).

This is Cocos' classic wrapped grilled hamburger steak, made sukiyaki-style, which is a favorite dish in the cold winter months. The juicy hamburger steak is wrapped in foil and grilled with a variety of ingredients such as garland chrysanthemum, tofu, thread konnyaku, eggplant, shimeji mushrooms, and shishito peppers, all of which are standard ingredients for sukiyaki, as well as a sweet and spicy sauce to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. When the foil is opened, the sweet and spicy aroma of the sauce will whet your appetite. Enjoy the change in flavor by adding shichimi (seven spice seasonings) to make it spicy or egg yolk to make it mild, as desired. The price is 1,199 yen.
