I tried FamilyMart's delicatessen, "Takobutsu (octopus balls) using domestic mizu-tako. The crunchy texture of the vinegared octopus and the slightly sour taste go well with the wasabi soy sauce. It contains 48kcal, 10.2g (0.07oz) of protein, 0.2g (0.07oz) of fat, 1.0g (0oz) of sugar, 0.2g (0.07oz) of dietary fiber, and 1.9g (0.32oz) of salt equivalent.

Japanese water octopus is used to make this textured octopus balls. It is brightly colored and looks gorgeous when placed on a plate. When you take one and dip it in the attached wasabi and soy sauce, you will enjoy the crunchy texture, the pungent aroma of wasabi, the sour and slightly sweet taste of vinegar, the flavor of soy sauce, and the delicious taste of the octopus itself.


Although it is a simple side dish, it is so satisfying to eat that you will not be able to stop your chopsticks after eating one, and you can easily finish a package by yourself as a snack rather than a snack. If you want a change of flavor, you can enjoy it with fresh cucumbers chopped to the same size.
