KALDI Coffee Farm's Japanese food brand "Moheji" and "JAL Furusato Project" jointly develop limited products using ingredients unique to Hiroshima Prefecture. "Grilled shirasu cheese" with the umami of fried shirasu, "pine mushroom pate" with plenty of fragrant pine mushrooms, and sardine octopus Three products of "Mihara Yassa Mushroom Lemon Marinated" will be released sequentially from October 11th.
Moheji Grilled Shirasu Cheese
"Aki Shirasu" caught around Etajima in Hiroshima Prefecture is grilled with cod and cheese and finished in an overnight-dried style. It is an excellent snack with the condensed flavor of shirasu and the aroma of cheese. If you warm it with a toaster, it will be delicious freshly made. The price is 278 yen (tax included).
Moheji pine mushroom pate
A flavorful putty made by combining shiitake mushrooms "pine mushrooms" made at Sera Mushroom Garden in Hiroshima Prefecture with onions and adding brandy as a secret ingredient. You can apply it to baguettes, or add it to sandwich ingredients or meat. The price is 537 yen (tax included).
Moheji Mihara Yassa Octopus Lemon Marinated
A luxuriously used brand octopus "Mihara Yassa Octopus", which is characterized by its firm body, and finished in a refreshing sour lemon marinade. The more you chew, the more delicious it becomes, and it's perfect as a snack for sake such as wine and sake. The price is 399 yen (tax included).
