Seijo Ishii's "Selectable Three Kinds of Miso Soup

This miso soup assortment allows you to enjoy three types of ingredients: vegetables, seaweed, and mushrooms. Raw miso paste kneaded with Japanese dashi is used, supervised by the Japanese cuisine chef at Seijo Ishii Central Kitchen. No chemical seasonings are used. 12 servings (3 types x 4 servings), priced at 950 yen (tax not included).


To make the dish, place the bag of miso paste and ingredients in a bowl, pour 180 ml of boiling water into the bowl, and stir well. If the ingredients are tough, wait 2 minutes.


Choice of three kinds of miso soup Vegetable

Ingredients are cabbage, pumpkin, qinggengcai, corn, carrot, onion, and leek. Crisp cabbage, crispy corn, and crunchy pumpkin. It is hard to believe that they were all dried vegetables, as each ingredient has its own unique texture. The vegetables are full of natural sweetness, which goes well with the moderate salty taste of miso. 62kcal of energy per serving.


Choice of three kinds of Miso Soup - Seaweed

Ingredients include wakame seaweed, mekabu seaweed, hijiki seaweed, sesame, green onion, kombu seaweed, red chives and nori. Plenty of wakame seaweed and hijiki with a slippery texture! Fresh green onion and fragrant sesame add accent to the flavor of the dashi broth. The energy content per serving is 51 kcal.


Choice of 3 kinds of Miso Soup - Mushrooms

Ingredients are burdock root, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, carrots, shimeji mushrooms, and maitake mushrooms. The strong aroma of burdock root, the flavor of mushrooms, and the delicious taste of soup stock blend together to create a deep flavor. Energy per serving is 49 kcal.
