Mimuroya "Miso soup of the eyeball father".

On March 8, Kaga fu-Fumuroya will release a new "Miso Soup with Medama Oyaji" that allows you to enjoy the charm of successive generations of Medama Oyaji in conjunction with "Gegege Gege no Kitaro," a project marking the 100th anniversary of Shigeru Mizuki's birth. Priced at 3,240 yen (including tax) for a box of six.

Kanazawa has been a major producer of a diverse variety of fu, known as "kaga fu," since the Edo period. Fumuroya has been producing and selling Kaga-fu since its establishment in Keio 1. With a desire to pass on the culture of "Kaga fu" to future generations, the company has been working on a product plan to coincide with the 100th anniversary project of the birth of Mr. Shigeru Mizuki, and a new product, "Meodama Oyaji no Omisoshiru" will be released.

Miso soup of the "Me-tama Oyaji

The "Meodama Oyaji no Omisoshiru" was developed based on the mainstay product, instant osuimono (soup). The round monaka has the face of Oyaji Medama printed on it and is filled with "Uzumaki fu" (wheat gluten). When hot water is poured into the bowl, the Uzumaki fu overflows from the inside of the bowl, a dish that matches the world view of Gegege no Kitaro. The miso soup, made with traditional Kaga miso, has an aromatic and mild flavor.
